ForgedFocus Coaching was created to help individuals cut through the noise, regain clarity, and move forward with confidence in a world that constantly pulls their attention in every direction. I believe that everyone faces moments of overwhelm or uncertainty, and with the right guidance, direction becomes possible again. Through clarity-driven conversations and practical tools, I help clients define what truly matters, strengthen their mindset, and take intentional steps toward the future they choose. Our mission is simple: empower people to transform uncertainty into purpose and build a life rooted in confidence, clarity, and intention.

Meet Drew
I’m Drew Fioranelli, coach, strategist, and founder of ForgedFocus Coaching™. My work is about helping people find clarity, rediscover their sense of purpose, and create direction for the next chapter of their lives.
I don’t teach theory. I coach from real experience, the kind that strips away distractions and challenges you to look honestly at where you are, who you’ve become, and who you want to be next.
For many years, I built a career in leadership and business development, helping others succeed and grow. But the most powerful lessons came outside the office, during the times when life broke open, when my sense of identity felt uncertain, and when I had to rebuild focus, purpose, and direction from within.
Those seasons changed how I live, how I lead, and how I coach. They taught me the most important lesson of my life:
Clarity isn’t found. It’s forged.

In patterns.
In discomfort.
In truth.
In the willingness to see yourself clearly.
